6. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience at Brain Academy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Refunds will be granted on a pro-rata basis, based on the portion of the program you have watched. For example, if you have completed 30% of the course, you will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the purchase price.

After 14 days, refunds will no longer be available.

Brain Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by the latest version of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brain Academy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
